Explanation
During processing of the nucleus initialization program (NIP), an error occurred from which
recovery is impossible. Check the system completion code to determine the problem.

Operator response
If requested by the system programmer, obtain a stand-alone dump. ReIPL the system.

System programmer response
If the problem cannot be resolved, search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem.
If no fix exists, ask the operator to obtain a stand-alone dump. Contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the stand-alone dump.
