03353066 Generate random bytes produced duplicate output.

Explanation
The Random Number Generator produced identical
consecutive blocks of output data. If in FIPS mode, any further
attempts to use System SSL continues to fail until the application
is restarted or the executing process is reinitialized.  

User response
Restart the SSL application or process to reinitialize
the SSL DLLs. If the problem persists, collect a System SSL trace
containing the error and contact your service representative.
