Explanation
The key database or the request database is not
valid.  This error can occur if the wrong database password is used
when opening the database or if the database format is not supported
by the current level of the System SSL run time.

User response
 Verify that the database has not been modified
or truncated.  Collect a System SSL trace containing the error and
then contact your service representative if the error persists.
