If the underlying session is not full-duplex capable, an RCPRI,RCSEC combination of X'00A0', X'0001' REQUEST_NOT_ALLOWED— LU_PAIR_DOES_NOT_SUPPORT_SENDING_ EXPEDITED_DATA is returned to the application.
