Label validation suppression

The validation suppression exit allows the option of suppressing label validation. The validation suppression exit is entered during open or EOV if:

• Volume security checking has been suppressed
• The volume label accessibility field contains an ASCII space character
• RACF accepts a volume and the accessibility field does not contain a valid Version 3 or Version 4 character.
