Default INITAPI
An explicit INITAPI call is not required prior to some
API calls, so TCP/IP creates a default INITAPI. (See z/OS Communications Server: IP Sockets Application Programming Interface Guide and
Reference for the complete list.) The default INITAPI
record is traced after the Entry record for the API call that caused
the default INITAPI to occur. There is just one record for this
event (no Exit record).
