API call fails synchronously with parameter not addressable
If a parameter specified in the API call is not addressable
by TCP/IP when creating the SOCKAPI record, the string (** PARAMETER
NOT ADDRESSABLE **) is shown instead of the parameter value. The
parameter address is shown at the far right, as usual.
