A 16-byte character field containing GETHOSTBYNAME. The field
is left-justified and padded on the right with blanks.
NAMELEN
A value set to the length of
the host name. The maximum length is 255.
NAME
A character string, up to 255
characters, set to a host name. Any trailing blanks will be removed
from the specified name prior to trying to resolve it to an IP address.
This call returns the address of the HOSTENT structure for this name.
