Explanation
 A socket operation failed because no route to
the remote node was available because of an incorrect address, an
incorrect routing table, or network hardware problems.

System action
 The request fails. The application continues
to run.

Programmer response
 Report the failure to your local administrator
for the TCP/IP function.  Try the application again when the problem
has been corrected.
