Explanation
 A remote socket did not respond within the timeout
period set by the protocol of the socket on this node.  If the connection
timed out during execution of the function that reported this error
(as opposed to timing out before the function being called), results
are unpredictable.

System action
 The request fails. The application continues
to run.

Programmer response
 Report the failure to your local administrator
for the TCP/IP function.  Try the application again when the problem
has been corrected.
