Explanation
 A (temporary) condition has occurred which makes
the resource unavailable.  Later calls may complete normally. This
message is equivalent to the POSIX.1 EAGAIN errno.

System action
 The request has failed.  The application continues
to run.

Programmer response
 The reason for the resource being unavailable
depends on the function being attempted. Refer to z/OS XL C/C++ Runtime Library Reference for
the function being attempted for the specific reason for failure.
