DUMP: Releasing dump
Explanation
DUMP is an optional parameter specifying whether DFSMShsm should release both automatic dump and command dump or only automatic dump.
The parameters of the DUMP parameter are explained: 
Any one of these DUMP options being held prevents a CDQ host from being
selected to process any CDQ dump.
- AUTO
- Releases automatic dump processing only.
- FRBACKUP
- Releases the dump processing of FRBACKUP target volumes.This command will have
the same effect if the system issuing the command is connected to a dump group in the HSMplex. Dump
tasks from this system will now be able to be used by the group master scheduler system for dump
processing.
Any one of these DUMP options being held prevents a CDQ host from being
selected to process any CDQ dump.Defaults

Usage notes:
- You cannot release the subfunction DUMP(AUTO) if the main function DUMP is held.
- If the time is still within the dump window, automatic dump starts to process any functions that had not been completed when the dump function was held.
