Marking data sets eligible for fast subsequent migration during recall
During recall of a data set, if the data set satisfies fast subsequent migration eligibility requirements, the data set is marked eligible for fast subsequent migration (that is, it is marked for reconnection to the ML2 tape from which it was recalled). If a data set is not marked eligible for fast subsequent migration, it will not be considered for reconnection during future migration processing.
