Specifies if translation will occur for the specified USSPARM
TRANSLATE=YES
Specifies the USSPARM will be translated using the translation table associated with the USS table this USSPARM is coded in, unless the character string is within single quotation marks. Character strings within single quotation marks are not translated. TRANSLATE=YES is the default.
TRANSLATE=NO
Specifies that the USSPARM will not be translated. TRANSLATE=NO is intended to be coded on the USSPARM for DATA only when the data contains a mixed case password and the destination application supports mixed case passwords.
