PATH definition statements are required in the NCP major node to routes to the VTAM® subarea node. The PATH statement specifies the explicit routes, adjacent subareas, and transmission groups used to send data to VTAM and other destination subareas. Also, data flow threshold values for the transmission groups are specified.
