Specifies the maximum amount of time, in seconds and thousandths of seconds, that VTAM® should wait after getting low priority (that is, PIU transmission priority 0 or 1) data to transmit.
For more efficient operation, code this value as high as possible. For maximum speed across the interface, set this value to 0. See z/OS Communications Server: SNA Network Implementation Guide for more information.
