   '-PSNDPAC--=--prim_send_pace_count-'

Specifies the primary send pacing count and whether one- or two-stage pacing is to be used. You can specify decimal or hexadecimal numbers. For decimal numbers, the range is 0–63. For hexadecimal numbers, the pacing count cannot be greater than X'3F'. However, any number in the range X'00'X'FF' that does not use the reserved bit in position 1 can be specified. The low-order 6 bits of the hexadecimal number correspond to the primary pacing count. The high-order bit is used to specify whether one- or two-stage pacing is to be used. Note that the high-order bit can be set only by coding a hexadecimal value for this operand. See z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programming for more information. Also see the z/OS Communications Server: SNA Network Implementation Guide.
