Specifies whether the application program can issue APPCCMD macroinstructions. See the z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programmer's LU 6.2 Reference for a description of this macroinstruction.
Note: APPC, if specified as NO (or defaulted), on the GROUP
definition statement, can be overridden on the APPL definition statement
with APPC=YES. However, if APPC=YES on the GROUP definition statement,
APPC=NO is ignored on the APPL definition statement and all application
programs in the group will be APPC-capable.
