Store the set of macroinstructions as a member of SYS1.VTAMLST and use the member name as the name of the table.
No assembly or link-edit is required to install this table. The table will be dynamically built upon the first activation of any resource that has a defined association to the table. When the last resource using it is deactivated, the table is deleted and its storage is freed.
