Explanation
VTAM® did
not accept the
command because of one of the following:
- VTAM is abending
- VTAM is not active
- VTAM is not accepting commands,
for example, during processing of HALT
- command exceeds the maximum command length.
System action
VTAM ignores
the command and processing continues.
