Explanation
 VTAM® issues
this unsolicited message when a HALT or HALT,QUICK command was entered
to end VTAM; however, HALT
processing detected an outstanding write-to-operator with reply (WTOR)
message that is waiting for a reply.  The  outstanding WTOR message
is deleted so that VTAM HALT
processing can continue. 
 In the message text:  msg_num
The message number of the WTOR message that is deleted. 
poa_name
The program operator application (POA) that is waiting for the
 response to the WTOR message.  If the POA name is not  available, ***NA*** is
displayed.

System action
 VTAM HALT
processing continues.

 None.

System programmer response
 None.
