Explanation
 VTAM® issues
this message as part of a group of messages in response to a DISPLAY
ID command. This message is issued when both HPRDIAG=YES is specified
and when the value of the ID parameter is a PU type 2.1 that represents
a Rapid Transport Protocol (RTP) pipe. 
 The date and time values
specify when this DISPLAY ID command was issued.  See DATE and TIME formats for information about the date and time values.
