VTAM® issues
this message in the following situations:
- As part of a group of messages when a UNIX System Services function call issued by
the SNA Network Management Server fails, which prevents it from accepting
connection requests. The first message in the group is IST1926I.

the SNA Network Management Server fails, which causes the Server to
