 VTAM® issues
this message as a result of a DISPLAY ID command for an NCP that is
in PLOAD (Pending Load) status.
  source indicates if the NCP is being loaded
from the host or from the 3720 or 3745 Communication Controller external
disk.

 This message follows IST247I when the NCP is in the PLOAD
state.
