this message in response to a DISPLAY ID=
uservar,IDTYPE=USERVAR
when the application program,
value, that is associated
with USERVAR,
uservar, is not defined to VTAM.
- value is the VALUE of the USERVAR. value is
an application program that is displayed as a network-qualified name
in the form netid.name, if value was
a network-qualified name on the MODIFY USERVAR command.
- uservar is the name of the USERVAR.
System action
VTAM rejects
the command.
Operator response
Activate the application major node containing value and
reenter the command.
