System action

VTAM ignores the value of HOSTPU. VTAM will issue message IST1311A to prompt you for the correct value of HOSTPU.

Operator response

Enter a valid value for HOSTPU in response to message IST1311A. You can also enter a blank if you want to accept the default value for HOSTPU.

System programmer response
