VTAM® cancelled command as a result of unavailable resources. For example, VTAM might not be able to obtain a lock.

VTAM does not execute the command.
When the resources become available, reenter the command. If problems persist, save the system log for problem determination.
Check the system log provided by the operator to ensure that all requirements for VTAM are correct for your system. When you have corrected the error condition, ask the operator to reenter the command.
