VTAM® issues this message when the command failed because an incorrect command format was entered through the program operator interface. The only valid commands are VARY, MODIFY, and DISPLAY.
The most frequent cause for this message is that a START or HALT command was entered.
VTAM does not execute command. Other processing continues.
Save the system log for problem determination.
