A terminal user was unable to log on to TSO/VTAM because of an OPEN ACB failure.
nn is the ACB error flag value in hexadecimal. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP and SNA Codes for a description of nn.
The OPEN ACB failure causes a dump. The user address space is terminated. System processing continues.
Save the system log and dump for problem determination.
Correct the problem as determined from the ACB error flag nn, and the output from the system log and dump.
