Use IXLLSTC REQUEST=LOCK to operate on a lock table entry associated with the list structure. Operations that can be specified are SET, RESET, TEST, and READNEXT. The function provided by ISLLSTC REQUEST=LOCK is comparable to that provided by IXLLIST REQUEST=LOCK. See LOCK: Performing a Lock Operation.
