IXCMSGC allows a user to specify a user routine to receive control to process a saved message or a completed message-out request. The user routine receives control under the same unit of work as the IXCMSGC invoker. The IXCMSGC Call Exit service can call a message user routine or a message notify user routine, whichever is appropriate for the message to be processed.
