You can obtain information related to XCF from any authorized routine. The routine can be, but does not have to be, a member of an XCF group. This topic tells you why you might need, and how to obtain, the following types of information:

• Sysplex, group, and member information (available through the IXCQUERY macro)
• Tuning and capacity planning information (available through the IXCMG macro, and intended for system programmers).
