Explanation
 A "no space" or an I/O error condition is
detected when writing to the log data set. NFS logging is now switched
to the other log data set.
 In the message text:
 procname
The name of the start procedure.
text1
The value of text1 is the data definition (DD)
associated with  the switched-from log data set.
text2
The value of text2 is the DD associated with
 the switched-to log data set.

System action
 NFS processing continues.

Operator response
 If requested by the installation, back up
the switched-from log data set at this point.  The switched-from data
set is reused when the switched-to log data set is also filled.

System programmer response
 Consider allocating larger NFS server
log data sets for future NFS usage.  Note that the last data buffer
is lost when the log is switched.
