Explanation
 This message is in response to the verify operand
of the modify command and shows that the
data set name dsname specified is not a virtual
storage access method (VSAM) data set.
 In the message text:
 procname
The name of the start procedure.
dsname
The value of dsname specifies the data set
name.

System action
 The system ends the request.  The system processing
continues for the NFS.
