of the channel status word from the device.

The value of h_digits3 is the last 4 bytes
of the channel status word from the device.
h_digits4
The value of h_digits4 is the access method
return code.
h_digits5
The value of h_digits5 is the access method
reason code.

 The request is stopped.  NFS processing continues.
