Explanation
 NFS cannot create the HOSTCACHE control block
for the client host, specified by text.  The reason
is that the client host with hostname (text) is
not defined to the network; NFS received a hostname client suffix
syntax error. 
 In the message text:
 procname
The name of the start procedure.
text
The host name or IP address.

System action
 NFS processing continues.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Correct the host name in the exports
data set or have this host name defined to the network.
