CANNOT OPEN THE ATTRIBUTE DATA SET.

Explanation

The server was unable to open the attributes data set defined in the JCL for DDNAME NFSATTR. The DD statement might be missing or the data set name might be incorrect.

In the message text:

procname
The name of the start procedure.

System action

NFS stops.

Operator response

Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response

Correct the JCL for DDNAME NFSATTR.
