Explanation
 An attempt to read, write, or modify the lock
data set has failed.  This messages identifies the data set, the operation,
and the failure code.
 In the message text: dsname
The name of the failing LDB data set.
ddname
The ddname of the failing data set.
opname
The name of the operation that failed.
rtncode
The failure code from the operation.

System action
 This lock data set will not be used.  NFS continues,
using the other lock data set.  If both lock data sets have failed,
lock information will not be recorded and reclaim permissions on the
next NFS restart may be inaccurate.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 The lock data set has probably been
corrupted. Plan to delete the data set and reallocate it.
