Because WORM tape volumes cannot be rewritten from load point and cannot be recycled for reuse, the only MOVEVOL commands allowed are with the DELETE option, or MOVEVOL with no option specified. The MOVEVOL command with the RECYCLE option is rejected for a WORM tape volume.
