Use the AMS CREATE LIBRARYENTRY command to create a tape library entry. Use it only to recover from tape volume catalog errors. The NUMBERSCRATCHVOLUMES and SCRATCHTHRESHOLD parameters now accept the MEDIA11, MEDIA12, and MEDIA13 subparameters for the IBM System Storage family of tape media. The maximum value for the NUMBEREMPTYSLOTS and NUMBERSLOTS parameters of the CREATE LIBRARYENTRY command has been increased from 999999 to 9999999.
