Requesting information for encrypted volumes and tapes

New values EFMT4 and EEMFT4 are added to the SELECT parameter of the DFSMShsm LIST TTOC command to allow you to list tape volumes with and without tape hardware encryption.

This shows a portion of the syntax for the LIST TTOC command:
