Explanation

The state of node node-name is not changed for the reason given. If SYSNAME information is present in this message, the node node-name refers to a multisystem node and sysname system-name is a member system of that node.

Operator response

Issue TARGET commands to provide the missing information along with the {OPERATIVE | DORMANT} keyword, as appropriate.
