subsystem-name SUBSYSTEM TARGET COMMAND WAS UNABLE TO FIND DEFINITION OF NODE node-name [SYSNAME system-name][ PROTOCOL protocol-name].

Explanation

The intended function could not be processed for node node-name because the node (or its specific system name or protocol instance) does not appear to have been defined by a previous TARGET command by the indicated subsystem.

System action

The TARGET command ends in error.

Operator response

This might indicate that an incorrect node name was specified on the command. Correct and reissue the command.
