Database copy (SYSRACF to SYSUT1) failed. Same data set specified for input and output.

Explanation

A copy of the RACF® data set has been requested but the SYSRACF and SYSUT1 DD statements point to the same data set. IRRUT200 does not copy a data set over itself.

System action

Processing ends with a return code of 12 (X'C').

Programmer response

Correct your DD statements to point to the correct data sets and run the IRRUT200 utility again.
