ISSUER HAS INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY TO KEYWORD keyword ON subsystem-name SUBSYSTEM TARGET COMMAND.

Explanation

RACF® OPERCMDS class profiles currently fail to authorize the command issuer to use the named keyword with the TARGET command when invoking its execution by the subsystem-name subsystem.

System action

The TARGET command is ignored.

See your RACF security administrator to obtain the appropriate authority.
