Explanation

The SETROPTS command was issued with the NOCLASSACT and RACLIST operands specified and did not complete successfully.

System action

Class class-name was not affected by the SETROPTS command.

User response

You cannot specify both the NOCLASSACT operand and the RACLIST operand for the same class. Correct the command and try again.
