WARNING: TAPEDSN OPTION ACTIVE, TAPEVOL CLASS IS NOT ACTIVE

Explanation

To protect tape data sets, if your installation does not have a tape management system, RACF® requires the TAPEVOL class to be active.

User response

Use the SETROPTS command with CLASSACT(TAPEVOL) specified to activate the TAPEVOL class.
