Using the z/OS UNIX dnsdomainname command

Use the z/OS UNIX dnsdomainname command to display the DNS domain name of the system. The dnsdomainname command uses the following for determining this information:

The dnsdomainname command and the hostname command are processed by the same function and support most of the same parameters. You must issue the z/OS UNIX dnsdomainname command from within the z/OS UNIX shell.
