Explanation
 The FTP client has issued a socket call and received
an error return code.
 function is the C
library function that failed and returned an error.
 location is
the location in the FTP client.
 error is
the C run-time library error message for the failure. For more information,
see z/OS Language Environment Runtime Messages.

System action
 Communications are interrupted.  The current
operation is ended.

Operator response
 Try the operation again.  If the problem
persists, contact the system programmer.  

System programmer response
 If the problem persists, report the
contents of the message to the IBM® Software
Support center.
