JES controls the print separators, also called cover pages and banner pages, for SYSOUT output for all users, including z/OS UNIX users.

To place a user's name and address in the print separator for forked processes, specify the user's name and address in the WORKATTR segment of the RACF® user profile. See Defining z/OS UNIX users to RACF.
